Code of Conduct

By registering with Redruth United, both the player and parent/guardian agree to uphold the following.

Player

• Treat teammates, opponents, coaches, and officials with respect at all times.
• Attend training and fixtures punctually and notify the coach if unable to attend.
• Play fairly, accept decisions graciously, and never engage in bullying or discrimination.
• Take care of club equipment and wear appropriate kit for training and matches.
• I will tell the coach or another person if I do not feel well or if I have any worries.

Parent / Guardian

• Encourage and support positively — avoid coaching from the sidelines during matches.
• Respect coaches, officials, and the parents/guardians of opposing teams.
• Ensure your child arrives and is collected punctually from all sessions.
• Report any concerns regarding welfare or safeguarding to the club's Welfare Officer immediately.
